Following the creation of an Action Report the audit reviewer having been notified opens the finalise findings form and locates and loads the finding.
Having reviewed the finding the reviewer decides if the proposed action is adequate and if so, makes a decision on when next to review finding and then clicks the 'Finalise Finding' button. This function makes the finding readonly and finalises the action process.
If the reviewer considers that more information is necessary or the proposed action is not what is considered to be appropriate the reviewer adds comments to the corrective action area and then clicks the reject action button.
This function changes the staus of the finding sending it back to the Action report originator for further action. The Action Report orignator then clicks the more information radio button to retrieve the finding and when the additional information has been added submits the finding back to the reviewer for further consideration.
